Return Policy

PortPlugs is dedicated to bringing you, our customer, the latest technology in high quality phone protection accessories. Your PortPlugs accessories are covered by a full 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee policy. All PortPlugs Products purchased from PortPlugs.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase, as described below, to ensure that 100% customer satisfaction is made on every purchase.

PortPlugs will accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase if the PortPlugs Product was purchased directly from PortPlugs. For all returns and exchanges, return shipping will need to be paid for by the original purchaser.  Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit to the Credit Card, PayPal or Amazon account that you used for the original purchase, less shipping charges (if applicable). Please allow 5 business days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the credit once it has been issued.

Warranty Exchange Policy

PortPlugs carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.  This policy does not cover plugs which are lost or damaged due to normal use with your device.  Please contact Customer Service via the Get in Touch Page to report any issues that you are experiencing.  In order to improve the quality assurance of our products, you may be asked to provide additional information.  PortPlugs will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and shipping address for you to use in the return process.

Please note that PortPlugs cannot accept returned PortPlugs products in packages without an RMA number.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold

PortPlugs, as a retailer of quality aftermarket products, shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions that might be contained within this web site. PortPlugs reserves the right to make changes to its web site without notice. Accordingly, all PortPlugs and third party information is provided “as is”. PortPlugs is not responsible for the content of any other web site linked to any PortPlugs web site.

Under no condition will PortPlugs be held liable for any damages whatsoever, and in particular PortPlugs will not be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost properties, loss of revenue, or loss of use, arising out of or related to any PortPlugs branded product, whether such damages arise in contract, negligence, tort, under statute, in equity, at law or otherwise. The sole and exclusive maximum liability to PortPlugs arising from any product sold on the PortPlugs website shall be the price of the product ordered.

When you place your order using a credit card, PortPlugs authorizes your purchase by verifying that your card has the available funds. Your credit card provider sets aside those funds so you may not spend them on anything else. PortPlugs then “captures” or takes the funds for purchased PortPlugs Products only after they ship. Please note that if your purchase does not complete for any reason, such as your card being declined by our Card Processor or your bank, the set-aside funds may continue to be unavailable for you to spend for several days, but will not be taken by PortPlugs.

Shipping Policy

Unless otherwise selected, all orders are shipped directly from San Diego, CA via USPS First Class Mail. Standard USPS delivery times are between 4 to 7 business days anywhere in the USA.  If you are in a hurry, Priority Mail delivery times are between 1 to 3 business days and a USPS tracking number will be provided to you. International shipping is also available; however we request that you contact us for a quote with your country, city and postal code prior to ordering.
